ISS bridged our Magento eCommerce with our ERP system and provided an application to automate shipment activity with our 3PL warehouse. We ran Dynamics GP for years and knew it well, but it had become harder to maintain, harder to report from, and harder to connect to the rest of our systems. Moving to Acumatica changed that. The system is more intuitive, upgrades are no longer a big project, and we have better visibility across finance and operations.
We also had several integrations that needed to come with us. Those conversions were far easier than we expected. Instead of the custom workarounds we lived with in GP, the integrations mapped more cleanly and have been more stable since go-live.
The transition was well worth it. We are glad we made the change.
